Cancellation Policy
I understand that things come up, however there will be a 40% cancellation fee for all no shows and cancellations within 24hours of scheduled appointment. There will be a 50% cancellation/no-show fee for all extensions, braids, and color correction services as these services take about 3 hours or more to do. It’s hard to get anyone else in the book at that time last minute.
I am a fair person so please call me if you can’t come. We can reschedule but you will still have to pay the fee.
